Addition Information
How we compute charges for Plans 3 & 4
(when we provide meals)
Each meal and each overnight is 1 unit.
3 meals plus overnight = 4 units = one day
The charge per person will be based on the number of meals and overnights. For example, arriving for Friday supper and leaving after lunch on Sunday = 6 meals and 2 overnights = 2 days’ charges.
How we compute charges for Plans 5 & 6
(when we do not provide meals)
Persons who arrive after 4pm on the first day will be charged a half day for that day. All subsequent days will be charged as a full day each.
Charges for children with family camps and reunions
Infants to 2 years no charge
2–8 years half rate
Over 8 years full rate
Dining Hall Service
Unless otherwise arranged, food is served cafeteria style.
Campers are expected to:
Set tables
Wash dishes under supervision
Clean tables and sweep dining hall after meals
Camper Insurance
Limited accident insurance for all campers and staff is mandatory and will be provided at an additional charge of 30 cents per person per calendar day. If you have your own insurance you may waive this insurance.
Swimming and First Aid
The swimming area is provided for use at your own risk. Lifeguard personnel and first aid are the responsibility of the user group and must be provided in accordance with state regulations. Regulations are printed on the back of your user contract.
